Use of the Store

Dolphin TCG is a retail ecommerce store for trading card game products, sealed goods, accessories, and related collector supplies. You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchasing activity.

You agree not to interfere with store operation, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected systems, or place fraudulent orders.

Product Listings and Availability

We work to keep product names, images, condition notes, quantities, prices, and availability accurate. Inventory can change quickly, and an item is not reserved until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

For trading cards, condition, language, printing, edition, and other collector details are shown when available. Review the listing and cart carefully before placing an order.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order when required by inventory, payment, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout and issue any applicable refund through the original payment method.

Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in the checkout currency before any applicable shipping, taxes, discounts, or fees. The final checkout total controls your purchase amount.

Promotions, discounts, and free shipping offers may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, or country limits.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment provider, and Cash on Delivery is available only where enabled for the selected order and destination.

Refund or replacement eligibility depends on product type, condition, order history, and applicable law. Opened sealed products, altered cards, and items damaged after delivery may not qualify for return unless required by law.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may send transactional messages about orders, payments, shipping, account security, and support.

Marketing communications, when offered, can be managed through unsubscribe or preference tools included with those messages.

The Dolphin TCG site design, text, photography, graphics, branding, and software are owned by Dolphin TCG or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit store content except as allowed by law.

Trading card names, marks, and artwork may belong to their respective owners. Dolphin TCG is not affiliated with those owners unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolphin TCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as store operations, legal requirements, or checkout features change. The effective date shows when the current version applies.

Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
