Pre-Order

📌 Note when placing Pre-Order

  1. Delivery Time : Pre-Order products will be delivered after the manufacturer releases and we receive the goods. Time may change depending on the official release schedule.
  2. Pre-Payment : When placing a Pre-Order, customers need to pay the entire order.
  3. No returns : Pre-Order orders will not be eligible for returns unless the product is defective from the manufacturer.
  4. Product Price : Pre-Order price is fixed at the time of order. If the market price changes later, we will not refund the difference.
  5. Order with available products : If the order has both Pre-Order and available products, the entire order will be delivered when the Pre-Order products are in stock. (Customers can choose to split the order if they want to receive the available products first).
  6. Update Notification : We will send email/SMS notification when there is a change in release schedule or stock status.
  7. Genuine commitment : All Pokémon TCG products are genuine, if counterfeit products are detected we will compensate double the value.
