🃏 About Pokémon TCG products

1. Are the products here genuine?
Yes. All Pokémon TCG products at DolphinTCG are imported genuinely from The Pokémon Company International. If counterfeit products are detected, we will refund double the order value.

2. Can I buy individual booster packs or only boxes?
You can buy both individual booster packs and sealed booster boxes, depending on your collecting or playing needs.

3. Does DolphinTCG sell Pokémon TCG accessories?
Yes. We have sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, binders, dice, counters, and many other accessories to protect and enhance your collection.

4. Does DolphinTCG sell single cards?
Currently, we focus on selling sealed products (booster box, ETB, collection box,…). In the future, we will expand to rare single cards.

5. What languages are the products available in?
Most products are genuine English versions. Some special products may be Japanese (JP) versions.

🛒 Order & Pre-order

6. Can I pre-order upcoming products?
Yes. DolphinTCG supports pre-orders so you can be sure to own hot products as soon as they are released.

7. What if the product price changes after pre-ordering?
The price will be fixed at the time you place your order. You will not have to pay more if the price increases, but we also do not refund the difference if the price decreases.

8. Can I order both available items and pre-order items at the same time?
Yes. You can choose:

  • Combined delivery (Standard Shipping): wait for all items to be in stock and then deliver at once.
  • Separate delivery (Convenience Shipping): items in stock will be delivered immediately.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Pre-order items cannot be canceled. Regular orders can be canceled before they are confirmed for shipping.

10. Does DolphinTCG deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver nationwide through reputable shipping units.

11. How long will it take to receive the goods?

  • HCM & Binh Duong: 1–2 working days.
  • Other provinces/cities: 2–5 working days.

12. Is there free shipping?
Free shipping for orders from 1,000,000 VND and above.

13. How can I make a payment?

  • Cash on delivery (COD).
  • Bank transfer.

🔄 Returns & Warranty

14. Can I return the item?
Yes, within 7 days if the product:

  • Defective from the manufacturer.
  • Damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect product compared to the order.

15. What are the return conditions?
The product must be sealed, unused, with all accessories & invoice.

16. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Please take a picture, contact support@dolphintcg.com or hotline for renewal support.

17. What is Pokémon TCG?
Pokémon TCG (Trading Card Game) is a globally famous collectible card game, where you can both collect and strategically compete with your favorite Pokémon.

18. I'm just starting, what should I buy?
New players should start with Pokémon TCG Elite Trainer Box (ETB) or Starter Deck, as it contains enough basic cards, accessories, and instructions.

19. How do Booster Box and Elite Trainer Box differ?

  • Booster Box: many booster packs (36 packs), suitable for opening a large number of cards.
  • Elite Trainer Box (ETB): fewer boosters but includes many accessories like sleeves, dice, and booklets.

20. Can I participate in the Pokémon TCG tournament in Vietnam?
Currently, DolphinTCG focuses on selling products, but in the future, it will organize events, trade days, and mini tournaments.
